How it works

Three steps.

Amounts start at $500 (a small stool or turned bowl). Most gift commissions land at $1,500 to $3,000: a chair, a small side table, or a shelf.

From a turned bowl to a built-in.

The recipient can add to the value to expand the piece. Any extra becomes a partial payment against a larger commission.

The recipient experience

What the recipient walks through.

What they receive: A hand-lettered card, an image of a comparable piece, and an invitation to a first meeting.
What happens next: A phone call within a week of them reaching out. Then measured drawings and wood selection at the shop.
Timing: They choose when to start. The gift doesn't expire.
